Doctor is happy…
Went to the doctors on June 20th.. And to say the least~ she is happy that I have lost 20 lbs. I now weigh 388 on record. Wish I was smaller.. but I started this diet 5 months ago~ and she told me when I first started going there.. that she wanted me to lose 5 lbs a month.. so Im sorta on track. I guess thats all that maters[?] Wish I was so much smaller (lol). Next appointment is August 29th end of the summer, she wants to see me back for a bigger result… or I hope so. lol.
Recently, me and my best friend have been taking walks. We go for a 2 mile walk with our 2lb hand weights. Let me tell you~ its a workouttt!! lol. Sweating is the worst feeling everrrr lol. I hate it. But in the long run, we both know its for the best. I hope to see more results sooner. I need to feel happy again.

20 lbs is GREAT!! Good job! And keep up the good work!
You have embarked on a life changing journey. You have turned it around and are going down , not up. No wonder your doctor is impressed. This is a big deal girl! You have changed your lifestyle. You eat less , exercise more. This is the key. You are on your way ! 20 pounds is gone forever. Nicely done!!
Keep up the good work. Don’t get discouraged. Sometimes the start is slow, but the momentum builds as you see the results. Hey….you will start to enjoy it! Yeah….no kidding!
Give yourself the credit you deerve. You have made a real positive change. well done!
20 lbs is fantastic!! I know we all would like it to go so much faster but in the long run slower is better. It helps give you time to develop good habits and keep the weight off for good. I am so proud of you. Keep it up and hang in there!
You are doing great, but you are so focused on the numbers that you can’t appreciate it. If you are starting to walk, stop looking at the scale for a bit, because you may gain weight briefly, especially as you start gaining muscle. Instead, pay attention to how your clothes feel on you to judge your progress. If you make exercise about the numbers, you won’t keep up with it.
Personally, I’m really impressed that you’re doing 2 miles, with weights yet! Way to go!
i’m sooooo proud of you. it’s been awhile since i’ve been able to catch up on blogs. you are kickin’ butt and takin’ names!!! don’t give up now, you’re on a roll. 20 pounds is quite an accomplishment. oh yeah, by the way, we all wish we were smaller and taller =) love ya buddy.
Do, I am soooo happy to read that you are down 20!! that is just amazing, think about it we are on the good path, 20 in 5 months, those are 50-60 in a year, that is not little, that is more than the weight of my 7 year old daughter!! I am sooo Proud of you sweety!! Keep doing it, keep sweet hard!! just remember that ever drop is a gram coming off u!!
Keep me post!!
lots of love
Lisa
Sweating is an awesome feeling! I will work out until I’m wringing in sweat or I don’t feel like I’ve done anything. I love the idea about the 2lb weights..I need to get me some of those. I used to wear ankle weights..maybe I should get in the habit of doing that again..hmm. Great ideas! Keep up the great work hun!!
