Very depressed… mini update.

Okay so I know I haven’t really been on much. I have my doctors appointment on the 20th [Friday]. I am very upset. I weighed my self several times before going to my doctor. Not very pleasing news. I don’t know. Last time I was at the doctors I weighed 392.. now during these 2 months (last time I was at the doctors was April 18th) I have weighed myself.. and the lowest it said was 383… I WAS GOING NUTS!! But that happiness ended very soon.. to find out the next week I stepped on the scale I weighed 387 .. and many times it went from that to 389~ish. Just very unhappy. I hope maybe there is a miracle during these 3 days?! I need to lose this weight I am so upset. I am at the point where I feel like this is never gonna go away. :Sigh: I feel like I have been on this for 5 months.. and a measly 21 lbs? come on. Help me~ someone lol. Maybe I lost more when I go on friday? Ugh hopefully.

    It’s just a slow time right now. I feel it, too. But that doesn’t mean that you can easily give up and then gain back how many ever pounds. Everyone has slow weeks, and even months. Just stick to it and eventually it’ll all pay off. You’re beautiful now, and wouldn’t have to change a thing and we’d all still love you the same. The most important thing right now is getting healthier, and sticking on this diet is what’s going to do it for you. That and exersize, you knwo the thing we both dread doing. LOL! Hopefully soon you’ll have better results~ I love you best friend.

    Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day~ and neither were our fatasses. ;D

    Its been slow for me. I always feel like there should be a way for me to lose all this weight like over night.. Idk what makes me feel like that either but, I know you can do it if I can do it. I rather it be slow than for me to stay overweight ya know? It will all be worth it in the end, 5 months or 5 years..

    Just keep your head up, keep pushin through it.

    Stick to it. You know it is what is best for you and you need to stay on plan so you can live your life at its best in optimum health. You can do it, and 21 pounds is an achievement. No matter what keep going there is always good days and bad days.

    You hang in there, okay! 20 lbs gone is still something to be very proud of! It does take time and it is really hard to make those changes that help keep that weight dropping. Have you thought of joining one o=f the weigh loss teams for extra support? I’m on the Diamonds, but there are also Wildcasts, Rockstars, Heartbreakers, and Fanatics. It’s a great place to have extra support and motivation!

    The first question I always ask is how are your clothes fitting? Do things seem looser to you now? Sometimes its not the weight you are losing but you are toning & firming, which makes you lose inches. If thats not the case, you have to look at every ounce of liquid and food you put into your mouth. Are you using a food journal, either on here or at home? These are just the questions I ask myself when I am slowing down or not losing at all. Analyze every part of your life and see what things you can change.

    Just hang in there girl. Look at what amazing things you have done so far. 21 lbs!! That is awesome. you can do it. :)

    Hang in there, 21 lbs is a lot of weight your not carrying around any more. There is so much more to measure than to the pounds gone: more energy? has your stamina increase or is it you just feel better overall. You might not drop the pounds you want by friday, but what about the next week? Stay strong and just keep going!

    Don’t give up, hang in there. It is always hard at the beginning. Try to keep your attitude good and you will start to see results. You can do it–be happy with small victories and then you will go far.

    Lets remember too, that you have been working muscles you may not have worked before with a lower caloric intake. Your muscles are freaking out with joy because they are building up. Lets face it, when we get fluffy, our muscles get a work out just carrying us around day to day. So take it easy, remember you have been working hard, and that always has some pay off, even if the scale isn’t saying so. Imagine how good your heart feel, or your cholesterol level going down or or or. Sometimes it just takes some of us a long time to kick in our metabolism. Mine is scraping along, its just achingly slow. Hugs to you.

    Hey girl, its going to be ok. Sometimes after you loose your water weight, everything goes slow for a while. Keep it up though! Im sure your clothes are feeling looser and you’re looking even more fabulous!

    Twenty pounds is AWESOME!! Our weight does fluctuate and it does suck, but sometimes it just reminds us how to respect it. You are doing just great. There are many reports on how loosing weight at a slower weight is better than loosing a lot at once. Keep at it, we know how it goes!!

    Hey DonnaMarie,
    Sorry to hear about your recent upset. I feel your pain though. There have been many times I have tried and felt like I put so much into dieting and working out, only to have gained, or not loss as much as I had expected. And I have those same wonders, if its EVER going to go away! So know that you are NOT alone in this battle. Be positve, and all my best wishes to you!

    Hey Girl good to see you back here again we missed you. I dont care what the scales say, you are in a MUCH better place than you were before. I have only lost 20 pound total in the last 6 months and I am very proud of it and you should be too. Now get back out there and show em what you got girl! Love ya -Dee
